There is no contact form here, because a form is mostly a way of making it harder to be contacted. Write to the address below and a person reads it.

- A number that looks wrong. Send the figures you entered and what you expected. Corrections come before everything else: a calculator that is quietly wrong is worse than one that does not exist.
- A rate that is out of date. Tax rates, statutory interest and payroll thresholds move. If you spot one that has, say which and where.
- Something broken. The page, your browser, and what you were doing when it happened is usually enough to find it.
- Delete my account. You can do it yourself in account settings in one click, but if you would rather someone else did, ask and it will be done.
Suggestions for new tools
Worth sending. The useful version is what you were trying to work out and what you did instead, rather than the name of a tool: the problem is more informative than the solution.
What to include so a reply is useful
For anything that looks like a bug, three things turn a message into a fix: the page you were on, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot beats a description of a screenshot. If a document printed or exported wrong, attaching the PDF or the image says more than any paragraph could.
If it is a browser problem, naming the browser and whether you were on a phone or a laptop usually narrows it in one step. Most rendering problems live in one browser rather than all of them.
What happens to what you send
Messages are read by a person, not routed into a ticketing system, and nothing you send is added to a mailing list. There is no newsletter to be subscribed to by accident.
Documents you create on this site never reach this inbox or any other, because the tools do not upload them. Documents saved to an account or sent as a tracked link sit in that account, not in this inbox. If you need somebody to look at one, attach it yourself.
Things this address cannot help with
These are calculators and document builders, not advice. Questions about your own tax position, whether a contract term is enforceable, or what you owe, need an accountant or a attorney who knows your circumstances and your jurisdiction.
