Your business block and the client, invoice number, dates and terms, an itemised table where each amount is quantity times rate, a subtotal that adds the lines, a tax cell you set once, a total that updates as you type, and a worked example line to overwrite.
How to use it
Download the file and open it. Edit the white cells: your details, the client, the items and the tax rate. The shaded amounts, the subtotal, the tax and the total calculate themselves. Export a PDF from File, then Save As, before you send it.
When the generator is the better tool
