The short version
Every calculator, generator and template on this site is free. No signup, no watermark, no limit on how many documents you make, no expiry. That is the whole price list for the tools.
Two features have allowances, set out below. Nothing on this site is charged for today.
Free, with no account
- The invoice generator, quote generator, receipt maker, work order editorTimesheet CalculatorCredit NoteProforma InvoiceSales OrderPacking SlipAccount Statement and purchase order.
- All 200 designs in the template studio, and every Word, Excel and PDF download.
- Every calculator.
- Print-ready PDF export, PNG export and printing, with no watermark.
- Three runs of the AI helper, which drafts an invoice from a description, a photo or a voice note.
- The first four documents you send as a tracked link.
Free, with an account
An account is optional and free while the site is in beta. It exists so your business details, clients, quotes and invoices are still there tomorrow, and so a quote can turn into an invoice without retyping it. With one:
- The AI helper allowance rises to 25 runs a day.
- Drafts save to your dashboard.
- Sending by email or WhatsApp with open tracking, line-by-line approval and signing is available from the page.
What might be priced later
Two things: the account after beta, and tracked sending beyond the first four documents. Neither has a price today. If either changes, it changes on this page before anywhere else, and building and downloading documents without an account stays free. That is not a beta condition.
What is never charged for
There is no card on file for anything above, no trial that ends, no upgrade prompt on export and no per-document fee. Where a payment is taken through a payment link, it goes to your payment provider and that provider's fees apply; InvoiceTools.com takes no cut.
Common questions
Is InvoiceTools.com really free?
Yes. Every calculator, generator and template is free with no signup, no watermark and no document limit. An account is optional and also free while in beta.
Is there a catch?
The tools run in your browser and store nothing, so there is no client list to sell and no upgrade wall to hit. The only thing that costs the site anything is a tracked link, because it has to exist on a server for a client to open it, and that is where the four-document allowance comes from.
What happens to my documents if the account is priced after beta?
Everything you can export today you can still export then, without an account. The account holds a saved copy; it does not hold the only copy.
