The example quote is for a recurring package of eight regular visits with one supplies charge covering the whole package, agreed before the first visit. The wording under each line is the kind of scope sentence you can copy and edit. Unit prices are example rates from the starter lines in the quote generator, not market prices, so replace them with your own.

Validity and acceptance
State a validity date, for example that the price holds for 30 days from the quote date. Then add an acceptance line: the client signs and dates the quote, or replies in writing, and the deposit starts the schedule. A signature block is a name, a signature and a date for the client and for you.
Exclusions for a cleaning quote
- Cleaning inside cabinets or closets unless listed.
- Biohazard, mold or post-construction cleanup.
- Exterior windows and anything above a safe reach height.
- Moving heavy furniture.
Change orders
Extra rooms or tasks added after the schedule is agreed are priced per visit at the rate shown, starting with the next visit.
